Timothy E. Cook, CIF
Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Cook holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Marian
College, Indianapolis, Indiana. He has 20+ years of accelerated
experience in institutional size global investments in the
form of structured transactions involving customized fixed
income products and related derivatives. Mr. Cook was CEO
and CFO from 1985 to 2000 with SUISSECAP, Inc. a Financial
Engineering Firm. Mr. Cook also held the positions of Chief
Investment Strategist over International Operations and Global
Operations Director. His duties were to plan, direct and manage
all aspects of the firm. More specifically he was involved
in identifying new technologies worldwide and assisting in
bringing the companies to the public market. He was responsible
for the analysis of each companies financial statement, which
included complex domestic and foreign monetary transactions
in a number of currencies. Mr. Cook was responsible for Risk
Management and Evaluation of New Technologies; and his areas
of concentration were in Bio-Medical Technology / Advanced
Medicine and Alternative Energy.
Mr. Cook has extensive knowledge of all procedures and SEC
rules and regulations associated with taking a company from
a private status to the public market; and he holds a License
and Certification as a Certified International Financier.
For the past 5 years Mr. Cook has concentrated on bringing
XYTOS' next generation Bio-Medical Technologies in the areas
of Stem Cell Therapy, Tissue Engineering and Cellular Medicine
to the Global Medical Community and transforming XYTOS into
a Publicly Listed Company.
Mr. Cook has an extensive background in Marketing, Public
Relations and Investors Relations and he brings to the company
a tremendous amount of experience as it relates to running
a public company. Mr. Cook has combined his Financial Background
and Global Contacts with his knowledge of Specific Advanced
Medicines in an effort to ensure that XYTOS becomes a Global
leader in the Introduction of Next Generation Medicine and
Medical Procedures.
Edward H. Palmer, Director
Mr. Palmer brings to XYTOS a diverse
background, he holds a Bachelors Degree from Hanover College
- Hanover, Indiana and a Masters Degree from Yale University
(Berkley) - New Haven, Connecticut. Mr. Palmer has extensive
experience in debt and equity financing for public and private
companies. Mr. Palmer's Professional experience includes:
* Chicago representative for Merrill Lynch / Hutton Paige;
* Lecturer at Illinois Institute of Technology, * Consulting
services - Palmer France, * Senior Vice President -Perkins
and Will, * General partner, developer and marketer of 3500
plus multiple family units in Des Moines, Iowa - Chicago,
Illinois - Minneapolis, Minnesota - and Arlington, Virginia
Additionally, Mr. Palmer either currently holds or has held
in the past a number of consulting positions with entities
worldwide including the following: * Consultant to a number
of Chicago based hospitals including Masonic and Cook County
* Consultant to the following jurisdictions: Illinois, Iowa,
Florida, Cook County, Illinois and Dade County, Florida *
Consultant to Malcolm X College - Chicago, Illinois * Consultant
to a number of cities including Chicago, Illinois- Miami,
Florida - Minneapolis, Minnesota -Detroit, Michigan - Columbus,
Ohio - Manchester, New Hampshire and Flint, Michigan * Consultant
to Federal Department of Transportation and Federal Department
of Housing and Urban Development * Consultant to the Jamaican
National Government and (Wales) in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Palmer is a tremendous asset to the XYTOS Board of Directors
and his background and global contacts has and will open a
number of doors for XYTOS worldwide.
