Mr. Cook holds a Bachelors Degree in Business from Marian College, Indianapolis, Indiana. He has 20+ years of accelerated experience in institutional size global investments in the form of structured transactions involving customized fixed income products and related derivatives. Mr. Cook was CEO and CFO from 1985 to 2000 with SUISSECAP, Inc. a Financial Engineering Firm. Mr. Cook also held the positions of Chief Investment Strategist over International Operations and Global Operations Director. His duties were to plan, direct and manage all aspects of the firm. More specifically he was involved in identifying new technologies worldwide and assisting in bringing the companies to the public market. He was responsible for the analysis of each companies financial statement, which included complex domestic and foreign monetary transactions in a number of currencies. Mr. Cook was responsible for Risk Management and Evaluation of New Technologies; and his areas of concentration were in Bio-Medical Technology / Advanced Medicine and Alternative Energy.

Mr. Cook has extensive knowledge of all procedures and SEC rules and regulations associated with taking a company from a private status to the public market; and he holds a License and Certification as a Certified International Financier.

For the past 5 years Mr. Cook has concentrated on bringing XYTOS' next generation Bio-Medical Technologies in the areas of Stem Cell Therapy, Tissue Engineering and Cellular Medicine to the Global Medical Community and transforming XYTOS into a Publicly Listed Company.

Mr. Cook has an extensive background in Marketing, Public Relations and Investors Relations and he brings to the company a tremendous amount of experience as it relates to running a public company. Mr. Cook has combined his Financial Background and Global Contacts with his knowledge of Specific Advanced Medicines in an effort to ensure that XYTOS becomes a Global leader in the Introduction of Next Generation Medicine and Medical Procedures.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Trotter practices General Surgery as well as Family Practice and holds a Medical Degree from George Washington University School of Medicine, Washington, DC and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Howard University with Honors, (Summa Cum Laude).

Dr. Trotter has conducted multiple research projects with the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HEALTH and was selected to assist with NIH research projects at Federal University in Brazil, the Division of Surgical Research & Gene Therapy Center in Lausanne, Switzerland, and the University of Madrid in Spain, to name a few.

Dr. Trotter was elected by Congress to the Physicians' Council for Responsible Health Care, with duties to advise members of Congress on Health Care Reform. He is a member of several Professional Societies including the American College of Surgeons and the American Medical Association.

Dr. Trotter is licensed to practice in multiple States. He has a Strong Administration Background and he as a Network of Private Practice Locations that are managed by his staff. These existing locations will allow XYTOS to quickly introduce our Advanced Medical Procedures to patients.
