NEWS RELEASE Trading Symbol: XYTS FOR IMMEDIATE DISSEMINATION XYTOS OPENS THEIR FIRST ADVANCED CANCER TREATMENT CENTER IN THE UNITED STATES INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-Nov. 14, 2006--XYTOS, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: XYTS) is pleased to announce that after years of research, development, clinical trials and excellent patient results, XYTOS is now, for the first time, introducing their non-invasive and non-toxic advanced cancer treatment in the United States for Breast, Prostate and Skin Cancer patients. After a long approval process XYTOS is finally opening the doors on their new treatment center in Indianapolis (look inside the treatment center at www.xytos.com). The treatment involves the absorption (under the tongue), by the patient, of the XYTOS sensitizing agent XyChloro. XyChloro attaches to cancer cells and passes through healthy cells. XyChloro is then activated by light and sound and the process kills the cancer cells leaving healthy cells unaffected (see details at www.xytos.com). With breast cancer patients the treatment is designed to work in conjunction with conventional procedures because XYTOS recommends the removal of a lump prior to any XYTOS treatment. Where the XYTOS treatment is significantly different relates to the treatment after a lump is removed. The XYTOS treatment takes the place of Chemotherapy, Hormone Therapy and Radiation. The XYTOS treatment has none of the side effects associated with the aforementioned treatments and more importantly the XYTOS treatment will attack any form of cancer in the breast whether the cancer is hormone or non-hormone respective. Patients must be referred by their primary care physician. The XYTOS Medical Staff then evaluates the patient's health information to determine if the treatment will be beneficial. Unlike other cancer treatments where the treating physician is required to "guess" at a treatment and wait for reoccurrences; XYTOS' greatest accomplishment is our ability, (through fluorescent scanning) to clearly see the cancer we are treating and show the patient the results. The XYTOS fluorescent scanning technique is a major achievement in the
fight against cancer and will soon become the standard for diagnosing
breast and skin cancer. XYTOS is able to illuminate cancer cells years
before the cancer would be detectable by current diagnostic procedures
