XYTOS, INC. NEWS RELEASE Trading Symbol: XYTS FOR IMMEDIATE DISSEMINATION XYTOS PURCHASES NEW MEDICAL FACILITY IN AUSTRALIA INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-Feb. 14, 2006--XYTOS, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: XYTS). After years of research, development, clinical trials and significant patient results, XYTOS introduced on November 29, 2005, our Next Generation Cancer Treatment and Diagnostic Procedure. With the significant results that XYTOS has achieved for our patients, XYTOS is pleased to announce that we have now completed the purchase of a new medical facility in Mulgrave, a suburb of Melbourne, Australia. With this purchase, XYTOS has now taken a major step forward in our aggressive goal to globalize our Next Generation Bio-Medical Technologies. This state-of-the-art medical facility will allow XYTOS to significantly increase the number of patients that need treatment in Australia and Southeast Asia. It will also allow us to assist patients from other areas of the world who are in need of treatment while XYTOS is preparing to open other treatment centers worldwide. The medical facility will be altered to include two surgery theatres dedicated specifically to the introduction and training of our new bio-medical technologies. The facility will have on-site viewing in each surgery theatre as well as closed circuit televisions for training XYTOS doctors and medical staff worldwide. The closed circuit televisions will also provide XYTOS with the ability to link into hospitals and universities around the world for collaboration and training in our Next Generation Bio-Medical Technologies.
